We want to receive three quotes from Vendors and select the best quote

You will need a third party  software to create RFQ in Sage 300.  Norming Purchase Requisition module is fully integrated to Sage 300 and comes with a web component that allows users to submit RFQ to vendors  after approvals by  required management users.
