We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Sage 300 Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sage 300 ERP solutions, with the ability to provide expert guidance and support to our clients. This role involves analyzing client needs, implementing Sage 300 solutions, and providing ongoing support and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to recommend Sage 300 solutions.
- Implement and configure Sage 300 ERP software according to client specifications.
- Provide training and support to clients on Sage 300 functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sage 300 software.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and document business processes and workflows.
- Stay updated on Sage 300 features, updates, and industry trends.
- Assist in data migration and integration with other systems.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of Sage 300 solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Sage 300 implementations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sage 300 Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Sage 300 ERP software, including modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Inventory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications in Sage 300 are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data migration and integration tools.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
